Similarly, most of us could see an organism that is 500 microns or ½ mm. In size. Consequently, small living organisms that are over 500 microns are always macroscopic; and microscopic organisms are usually less than 200-300 microns depending on the ability of your retina, lens, optic nerve, and brain.
